NEW YORK, November 12, 2025--JLens, a Registered Investment Advisor, and ADL (the Anti-Defamation League), today called upon shareholders of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) to vote AGAINST Proposal 9, a shareholder resolution that they believe represents a politically motivated, BDS-aligned campaign designed to stigmatize lawful business with Israel and expose Microsoft to significant financial, legal, and reputational risks rather than promote genuine human rights oversight.

Microsoft also on Wednesday announced a new data center under construction in Atlanta, Georgia, describing it as connected to another in Wisconsin to form a “massive supercomputer” running on hundreds of thousands of Nvidia chips to power AI technology. The latest deals show that the tech industry is moving forward on huge spending to build energy-hungry AI infrastructure, despite lingering financial concerns about a bubble, environmental considerations and the political effects of fast-rising electricity bills in the communities where they're constructed.

[at American City Business Journals] - Companies in New York City’s exploding blockchain ecosystem are moving from no-names to must-knows in a matter of months thanks to Wall Street’s dense population of global banks, accounting firms, and major corporations. One of the newest companies to enter the scene, which is competing to build decentralized ledgers similar to that behind bitcoin into other financial tools, is ConsenSys, which calls 2016 “The Year of the Fortune 500.” “Business decision-makers on the boards of every Fortune 500 company are essentially mandating their technologists to understand what the blockchain is and how it can effect their business,” Andrew Keys, director of enterprise business development at ConsenSys, told the New York Business Journal. “And then to build a proof of concept validating those hypotheses.” Founded last year, Brooklyn-based ConsenSys has already partnered with Microsoft to help run their cloud-computing, blockchain-as-a-service platform designed to cut the time it takes to build blockchain applications down from days to minutes.
