Advanced Micro Devices Inc Company News
The still-divided stock market reversed higher for slim gains Tuesday. Nvidia rose late on a Meta AI deal, but AMD and Broadcom slumped.
In February 2026, Tata Consultancy Services’ HyperVault subsidiary and Advanced Micro Devices expanded their collaboration to co-develop a Helios-based rack-scale AI infrastructure blueprint in India, targeting up to 200 MW of AI-ready data center capacity using AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs, next-generation EPYC “Venice” CPUs, Pensando Vulcano NICs and the ROCm software stack. This move gives AMD a full-stack reference deployment in one of the fastest-growing AI markets, potentially...
Helios targets 200 MW data centers
Investing.com -- Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) stock rose 1.75% in after-hours trading Tuesday, while Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META) shares gained 2% following the announcement of a multiyear strategic partnership to expand Meta’s AI infrastructure using Nvidia technology.
Nvidia stock reversed earlier losses on Tuesday to end in positive territory. Wall Street is looking to the company’s earnings report, due Feb. 25, as a catalyst to get the stock moving upward again. “We expect better results and guidance as GB300 [Blackwell AI hardware] continues to ramp through 1H26…AI demand is supported by ever-increasing hyperscale capex plans,” wrote Susquehanna analyst Christopher Rolland in a research note on Tuesday.
Nvidia on Tuesday said it has signed a multiyear deal to sell Meta Platforms millions of its current and future artificial intelligence chips, including central processing units that compete with products from Intel and Advanced Micro Devices. Nvidia did not disclose a value for the deal, but said it includes its current Blackwell chips as well as its forthcoming Rubin AI chips. It also includes standalone installations of its Grace and Vera central processors.
Nvidia and Meta are expanding their chip deal to include millions of more AI processors.
AMD (NasdaqGS:AMD) and Tata Consultancy Services expanded their partnership to deploy the Helios rack-scale AI infrastructure in India. The collaboration targets large-scale AI data centers across the country and is aligned with India's national AI initiatives. Helios combines AMD GPUs, CPUs, and networking gear with TCS's enterprise services to serve hyperscalers, AI firms, and public sector projects. For you as an investor looking at AMD, this move indicates how the company is positioning...

[at Barrons.com] - Advanced Micro Devices (AMD:Nasdaq) By JPMorgan ($2.07, Nov. 12, 2015) We are cautiously optimistic on Advanced Micro Devices’s ramp of new product programs in 2016, but much of the success will depend on the company’s execution, both time-to-market and product performance/power efficiency. After two years of re-focusing development efforts around PC computing, discrete graphics, server, and semi-custom, the company just delivered solid quarter-on-quarter growth in the third quarter, driven by growth in all of its major segments. The team believes that it’s hit a trough in market share losses in computing and graphics.
