Bengaluru-based aerospace components manufacturer JJG Aero has secured $30 million in Series B funding from Norwest. The capital will be deployed primarily to build and add capacity at its upcoming facility in North Bangalore, drive further vertical integration, and support other strategic initiatives. The new global minimum corporate tax took a bite out of GE Aerospace's bottom line last year and prompted the company to pay more taxes in Singapore. GE Aerospace was hit by Singapore's adoption of a 15% minimum tax as part of the deal.
